Smoking Pig is a delightful find in Coquitlam. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, surrounded by comic book decor and a fun arcade cabinet that adds to the vibe. I ordered the smoky pork belly and their signature ramen, both were bursting with flavor! The homemade noodles had a wonderful bouncy texture, and the broth was surprisingly light, allowing you to savor every sip. Plus, the free kimchi on the side is a nice touch. Can’t wait to go back for more... 🥢
