Tucked away in Independence Commons, Smokehouse Barbecue is a delightful spot for meat lovers. I tried the Cajun smoked catfish, which was perfectly seasoned, and their famous smoked nachos were a hit. The warm, cozy atmosphere made our meal enjoyable, and the fast service was impressive even during lunch hours. Though the tables could use a little sprucing up, the flavors definitely steal the show. Definitely planning to return for more of that delicious barbecue! 🍖
