I had a delightful dinner at Smoke and Ash! We kicked off with the bresaola carpaccio, which was beautifully seasoned and served on a bed of delightful greens. The Edgbaston Marinara pizza stole the show with its creamy burrata and perfectly charred crust - definitely one of the best I’ve tried in the UK! The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. Plus, their cocktail selection is not to be missed. I’ll be coming back for sure! 🍕
