September 15, 2024I recently visited Smashburger on Franklin Rd, and it was a mixed bag. 🍔 I ordered the Double BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with sweet potato fries, and while the burger was hot and flavorful, I wished for more BBQ sauce. The sweet potato fries were a highlight!
However, the atmosphere was disappointing - dusty tables and sticky floors didn’t scream cleanliness. The staff was friendly and attentive, which was a plus. For about $18, the experience felt just okay.
I’m open to giving them another chance, but they need to step up their game! 🌟
