I tried the Banh Xeo, and it was perfectly crispy, accompanied by a delightful fish sauce that tied everything together. The Banh Cuon Cha Lua was packed with flavor and authentic textures that transported me straight to Vietnam. With prices that won’t break the bank and a cozy atmosphere, it’s a gem in the Apple Creek Shoppes!
The staff were welcoming and prompt! Don’t miss this spot if you’re in Indy... I’ll definitely be back for more! 🙌
