Second attempt at finding the perfect Indianapolis Vietnamese crepe / pancake.
The crepe wasn't the texture i expected, a bit more greasy and doughy.
While those descriptors may be off putting the product was nice. The spices and flavors of ingredients were good, it was a very full crepe and while the shrimp were a little shrimpy they were generous, the pork had great flavor and it was packed with fresh sprouts, and it did have a crisp exterior though not the crispy crunch i expected. Quality fish sauce, i tried the beef rolls as well and they were average but fine.
The service was prompt and hospitable.
I fully anticipate this crepe making it to the Indy finals. Small dining area as expected from a strip mall location however cleaner and cuter than predicted.
Super reasonable prices also a major win.

Ordered the Soft Noodles Cantonese Style and the noodles were extremely tasty over cooked.
The man preparing my food also flicked something off his hand in the direction of the griddle and my food while preparing it.
Won’t go back!

I was on the major hunt for a few speciality Vietnamese dishes that I love/ wanted to try.
I had traveled to two places that ended up being closed or didn’t have the items advertised on the menu.
I found this place and made the drive.
I am so happy I did, this place is absolutely amazing and really hit the spot.
I was in food heaven, everything tasted wonderful and exceeded my expectations.
I ordered Banh cuon cha lua, Banh xeo, Com Bi Xuong cha.
I don’t live in Indy and made a long drive to come here, I will definitely be coming back because they Banh xeo was full and crispy and the fish sauce was perfect.
I have seen Banh cuon cha lua on many shows showing food in Vietnam, as well as Com Abi Xuong cha.
Both of them hit the notes I felt they should have as far as texture and flavor.
I was extremely impressed, I could eat it everyday.
