Six Capital Brewing is an absolute gem in Aurora! 🍻 The atmosphere is casual yet trendy, making it a perfect spot to unwind. I indulged in the three piggies sandwich, packed with flavor, while my companions raved about the brisket sandwich paired with creamy green chile mac n' cheese - yum!

The owner, Blake, truly makes you feel at home, and the staff, especially Shawn, are friendly and attentive. Plus, it's dog-friendly, so our pup enjoyed the patio vibes too! Can’t wait for quiz night next time... 😊.
