Simply Fresh Thai is a hidden gem in Chula Vista! 😊 The cozy atmosphere is perfect for a laid-back lunch or dinner, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I had the curry fried rice and yellow curry chicken with bamboo shoots - both bursting with authentic flavors!
We barely waited 10 minutes for our food, and it was made fresh to order. Even though my rice came with pineapple by mistake, the waiter quickly made it right. The mango sticky rice was the cherry on top! Definitely my new go-to for Thai comfort food! 🍜✨
