Simon's Sushi is a hidden gem in Plano! 🌟 The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a casual date or dinner with friends. I tried the Rainbow Roll and it was phenomenal - fresh, vibrant flavors that danced on my palate. The classic Miso Soup was also comforting and well-balanced.

Service was friendly, though a bit slow on a busy night, but the amazing food made up for it! I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. Highly recommend! 🍣✨
