Sidrería Donosti offers a truly authentic Basque experience in Madrid. I loved the bacalao tortilla - perfectly crispy and bursting with flavor. The portion sizes are generous; the menu for two easily fed us both, leaving no room for dessert...but we had to try the fluffy cheesecake, which was simply delightful.

The atmosphere is casual and cozy, making it ideal for groups. Service was friendly, though they seemed a bit stretched during peak hours. Definitely recommend making a reservation to secure a spot! 🍽️
