Sibuya Urban Sushi Bar offers a delightful escape into Japanese flavors right in Madrid.

We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere while diving into a generous selection. The free edamame starter was a pleasant surprise, and I loved the Classic Hot Rolls with raw salmon - simply the best! The menu features great vegan options and a variety of interesting dishes.

Outdoor seating adds to the charm, although it can get busy during peak hours. Overall, a fantastic spot for a casual meal or a fun night out. 🍣
