Siam Paragon Thai Cuisine is a cozy spot tucked away on Midlothian Tpke. The menu is impressive, offering a delightful range of authentic Thai dishes. I tried the Drunken Noodles, and the spice level was just right - definitely an experience! The crispy Spring Rolls were a nice start, though a tad ordinary compared to the vibrant main course. The service was friendly and attentive, making it a welcoming atmosphere. I also enjoyed their refreshing Thai iced tea... a perfect complement to the heat! 🌶️
