Shu Restaurant offers a delightful Japanese dining experience! I was impressed by the fresh sushi; each piece seemed to leap right off the ocean. I had the white truffle thin spaghetti, which was an exquisite twist on traditional flavors. The ambiance is cozy yet trendy, perfect for a dinner outing. The staff was genuinely attentive, ensuring all my needs were met without feeling rushed. Although prices were slightly on the higher side, the quality and service made it worth every penny. I'll definitely return! 🍣

I recently visited with a friend for dinner, and the highlight was definitely the blackened miso cod and the sea-bass roll - both were fresh and flavorful!
🍵 The hot green tea selection added a lovely touch to our meal, and the ambiance was relaxed.
While some dishes fell short, like the dessert (fried bananas with ice cream were not memorable), the quality of the fish and the polite staff made it worthwhile. Definitely planning to return for another try! 🍣✨

Shu Restaurant is a cozy gem located in The Glen Centre, perfect for a casual dining experience! 🍣
I recently celebrated my birthday here, and while the ambiance leans towards simple, the food still has its standout moments. We enjoyed the sea-bass roll and albacore sashimi, both fresh and well-prepared. The green tea selection was a lovely touch too!
However, the dessert didn't impress - just average ice cream and turnovers. Still, the warm and attentive staff made the evening special. I wouldn't classify it as fine dining, but it's a nice spot for sushi lovers looking for quality at a reasonable price! 🍵💖
