We had the dinner here to celebrate my Mom birthday.
The service is super good and professional.
The food are fresh and delicious.
Both the manager and waiter are super nice and kind.
I hope I could give more tips for this dinner 😀

The most arrogant and disrespectful staff and management.
My family and I were treated poorly.
The restaurant was almost empty (only 5-8 tables being served and 12 tables setting idle ).
Still the staff said they are full and we needed to wait ~ two hours! The racist manager was clearly going out of her way to make a statement about who is welcome and who is not in this poorly managed establishment.
She even had the audacity to suggest we try a different nearby restaurant! More to come about this experience.

I ate at the Shor multiple times during my stay at the Hyatt.
The food was delicious! Our waiter was very helpful.
They have a buffet that’s really good.
I had the buffet for breakfast and dinner.
During breakfast I ate an amazing omelette prepared by chef Ali.
It was delicious! During the dinner buffet they had blackened shrimp.
I couldn’t get enough of them.
On another night I had their salmon salad.
It was perfect.
My friends loved it as well.
The Florida Greens are also amazing! I would definitely eat here again!
