Shogun Ramen is a cozy little spot on Prince Albert Street that truly impresses with its authentic vibe. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a casual dine-in experience. I indulged in the Chashu tonkotsu ramen, and it was rich and flavorful, with perfectly cooked noodles. My friend loved the crispy pumpkin katsu curry, which paired beautifully with a cold beer.

The service was quick, and even on a busy evening, the staff were attentive. Though it's a bit on the pricey side, the quality justifies it. Worth a visit if you're in Brighton... 🍜
