At Shindig Irish Restaurant & Pub, I experienced a mixed bag. The lamb sliders were a highlight - juicy with fried onions and cheese that paired perfectly! I also enjoyed the shepherd's pie, full of flavor and accompanied by fantastic toasted bread.
However, the service was a bit slow, and my friend’s fish was disappointingly dry. The atmosphere is cozy and family-friendly, making it a good spot to relax. I'd return for the lively vibe, but I hope they up their game on consistency! 🍻
