Tucked away in Mission Viejo Market Place, Shin Sushi offers a delightful escape for sushi lovers. The moment I walked in, the cozy ambiance immediately made me feel at home. I tried the baked butterfish, and it was perfectly flaky and flavorful - definitely a highlight! The hand rolls are generous and filled with incredibly fresh fish; the yellowtail was a standout.

Service was impressively quick and friendly, making it an excellent spot for solo dining or a casual dinner. Ample parking available too. 🍣
