SHIN Japanese Kitchen & Bar is a delightful find in Coventry! I stopped by for lunch and ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and prawn gyoza, both of which were deliciously affordable. The ramen had a creamy, rich broth that was simply outstanding, while the gyoza was perfectly crispy. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it great for families too. Just a heads up: parking can be tricky, but the food is definitely worth it. Can’t wait to try their sushi next time! 😊
