If you're craving authentic Taiwanese fried chicken, Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks is worth a visit! The XXL Chicken Thigh is absolutely a standout - it’s huge, crispy, and packed with flavor for just $11. I also tried the Oyster Mee Sua, which was tasty but not quite as memorable. The casual vibe is perfect for grabbing a quick bite, and even on busy weekends, the staff are friendly and diligent. Just a heads-up, the food court atmosphere is a bit rundown, but the food definitely delivers! 🍗
