I have COPD from second hand smoke and I had to walk past an employee (petite white older female with medium long hair and glasses) smoking a cigarette right next to the door. It’s 10:30am and the rest of today and tomorrow I will have trouble breathing.

Just had the strangest experience.Possible scam by the clerk going on. I went to pay at the pump and it would not let me pay.So I went inside and after swiping my card, the clerk swiped his own card. Not sure if he was trying to steal my credit card number or what was going on but very strange. Will not shop here again.

I get my gasoline here often.I usually pay at the pump and rarely go inside, mostly because of the very tall, skinny clerk who works during the day and has absolutely NO personality or friendliness towards the customers. Today (05/14/2020 at about 12:30 in the afternoon) the card reader at the pump read "see attendant " when I swiped my Shell Fuel Rewards card.I went inside and patiently waited in line while the tall, skinny clerk waited on the customers before me.When it was my turn, I showed him my Shell Fuel Rewards card and explained the problem to him.He told me to use another credit card. I explained again, and he asked how much gas I wanted.I AGAIN told him that it was a Shell Fuel Rewards card and it usually takes 5 cents off per gallon. He told me to use another pump.I left, and I used another pump - AT A DIFFERENT SHELL STATION. This clerk should be re-trained, or something.
