Shane's Rib Shack

I was served a RAW burger.
YUCK.
I understand that some people may prefer their food at lower cooked temperatures, but that isn’t my preference! I’ve eaten at this location several times before, but this time it appeared to be going downhill.
I ordered online, and received my meal rather quickly.
The guy who bagged my food was very polite, and gave great customer service.
After getting home and biting into this sandwich, I found it was raw, and I was disgusted.
I contacted the store immediately to see if I they could note my name, so that I could receive the same meal (cooked thoroughly) the next day since I had been inconvenienced. I spoke with a young woman who was very, very rude.
I told her my concern calmly because I understand people make mistakes.
However, I could tell that she was irritable ( I remembered seeing the young woman at the counter when I received my ordered, and she wasn’t friendly).
She ended up putting me on hold to get the managers’ say in what to do.
She proceeded to tell me to come back to the store so they could give me my meal over again.
Their store closed in less than 30 minutes, and I refused to leave back out for the evening.
So, again, I questioned leaving my name, so that it would be known that I would come the next day for a correction to this matter.
She proceeded to tell me that it didn’t matter what I did, and she stated, “I won’t be here anyway”.
Her statement was VERY upsetting.
This location should be mindful of who they consider hiring and how they are servicing their customers.
I say this to say, check your food and be aware of what you are consuming/how your food is served when choosing to eat here.

My first time dining at Shane's was wonderful.
I had the lunch ribs, and sides, and the rins were meaty and delicious.
It has been a long time since I had ribs and they we're done perfectly.
Everyone else in our party was satisfied with their meals, too, and the service was awesome.
I may ask to have them take me back for my birthday in December! Great job!

It was just as good as I remember years ago.
This time I got the Big Dad sandwich and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Found a tiny little bone in the meat, but it was okay because they make it fresh.
Almost no fat whatsoever in the meat of the sandwich which was a good portion of meat for the price.
My entire meal was about $13.
The service was excellent so that made me more comfortable eating alone.
Overall I recommend a visit.
