Shalimar Restaurant offers a delightful escape into authentic Punjabi cuisine. We indulged in their off-menu special, the Katwa, featuring tender slow-cooked beef shin and perfectly accompanied by garlic naan. Each bite reminded me of home-cooked flavors. Jamal, the owner, is incredibly welcoming and eager to share recommendations. The atmosphere is cozy and casual, perfect for our family gathering.
