Shaanxi 一面如旧 offers an authentic taste of Chinese noodles that’s hard to beat. I enjoyed the hand-pulled noodles, especially the braised beef option - richly flavored and generously portioned. The atmosphere is casual, making it perfect for a relaxed meal. We started with the vegetable dumplings, which were light and fresh. Watching the staff prepare the noodles right in front of you adds to the experience. A minor letdown was the wontons, filled a bit too much with veggies. Overall, can’t wait to return! 🍜
