Shaam Restaurant in Brighton offers an authentic culinary experience that should not be missed. The warm ambiance invites you to savor traditional Syrian dishes. The brick oven pies - especially the za’atar and cheese - were superb, while the grilled chicken had the perfect char. Service was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Though it was quieter during our visit, it added to the charm. Don't skip the hummus; it's divine! I’ll be back for more. 🌟
