Sea Change Cafe & Arts Venue is a delightful find in South Shields! The moment I entered, I felt genuinely welcomed by the cozy atmosphere. The menu offers a fantastic array of vegetarian and vegan options; I opted for the comforting soup of the day and finished it off with a rich brownie that melted in my mouth.

Their cocktail selection is also worth exploring, especially during an evening of live music. The staff were not only friendly but also passionate about their mission. This spot truly celebrates diversity and inclusivity; I can't wait to return... 🌱
