Scotty's in Bismarck is a delightful fast food spot that takes me back to simpler times. I decided to try the Big Rebel Burger with onion rings, and while the small rings left me longing for more, the burger was gratifyingly hefty. Their unique 1950s vibe adds charm, especially on car show nights!
