Mitch needs more training.
He gets extremely overwhelmed with having 2-3 orders to prepare.
He frantically fidgets and paces trying to figure out where to begin while we wait patiently for him to get in control of himself so he can prepare our orders.
Nice guy but he needs training so he can work more efficiently and not stress himself out.
His efforts are applauded, just has to lead how to execute.
