Sarku Japan is a casual gem nestled in the Fort Sam Houston Exchange, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner! 🍱 I've indulged in their Chicken and Beef Teriyaki served over fried rice, which was flavorful and freshly cooked - definitely a highlight! The Shrimp Bento Box was also delightful with great portions.
While there were some misses with items like the dumplings and noodles, the efficiency of the service and large portions make up for it. Just a note: I hope they return to their original presentation for the Teriyaki meal! Will absolutely be back for more! 🙂

Sarku Japan offers quick and hearty Japanese comfort food! I enjoyed the Chicken Teriyaki over fried rice, which was flavorful and freshly cooked. Large portions are great for lunch! Just wish the dumplings were a bit fresher... Can't wait to visit again!
