I recently visited Sarku Japan at Valley Plaza, and the aroma from their open grill is undeniably tempting! 🍣

I decided on the chicken teriyaki, and it did not disappoint - smothered in extra sauce, it was bursting with flavor. The atmosphere is casual and friendly, making it perfect for a quick bite or a laid-back lunch.

However, I did notice a recent change in staff attitude that left me a bit uncomfortable. It's a shame, as I used to love coming here! Still, the food is decent, and they remain a popular choice in the food court... 🌟
