Santa Rosa Restaurant is a cozy gem for anyone craving Mexican. 🌮 I recently visited for lunch and ordered the famous enchiladas Rojas - they were absolutely divine! The homemade flour tortillas were incredibly fluffy, and the flavors were spot-on.
