San Miguel Mexican Restaurant is a hidden gem in Corpus Christi! 🌟 I stopped by for breakfast and ordered the Machacado con huevo a la mexicana, and wow - what a treat! The re-refried beans and fresh avocado were delightful, and the homemade corn tortillas stole the show.
