Saltgrass Steak House in Arlington offers a true taste of Texas! 🇺🇸 The 10 oz. Wagon Boss Center-Cut Top Sirloin I ordered was cooked to perfection, with a lovely sear and buttery flavor. The mac and cheese had irresistible pull 🤤, and the range rattlers appetizer was a must-try!

However, our dining experience was marred by slow service; we had a 7 pm reservation but weren't seated until after 8. The atmosphere is cozy yet casual, perfect for a laid-back meal. Overall, great food, but the service could use improvement. Would I go back? Perhaps, but I’d keep my expectations in check...
