SALT is a gem in Rockford for fine dining! 🌟 We've visited multiple times, and each experience is consistently delightful. The atmosphere is classy yet relaxed, perfect for a date night. I highly recommend the Duck Terrine - flavors that truly astonished me! For my main course, the Lobster Tortellini with butternut squash sauce was divine.

The service is impeccable; our server was friendly and attentive. Although some reviews mention a few dishes lacking flavor, we found this visit to be first-class. Can't wait to see what the summer menu brings! 🍽️✨
