Salsa's is a delightful escape into Caribbean flavors right in Asheville. I stopped by for lunch and opted for the shrimp ceviche - absolutely fresh and packed with citrus! The vibrant outdoor seating adds a cozy feel, making it a great spot for solo dining or small groups. I tried the caramelized plantains, which were a standout; sweet and perfectly cooked. My only minor hiccup was a bit of a wait for service, but the friendly vibe and delicious food more than made up for it. I’ll definitely return! 🌿
