I’ve been living in the Western Branch area for about a year and this is my first time ordering at this location.
Sals is usually a favorite of my family but I probably wouldn’t order from this location again. I live 1.3 miles away from the restaurant but after spending all day spring cleaning..
I did a delivery order through their website.
I ordered a special, additional menu items, plates and tipped.
$60, not too bad.
Took about an hour to come, as the website stated. No plates. The garlic knots are bite sized. Both pizzas were undercooked… cheese wasn’t even melted. I called them and they remade the pizza.
It took them another hour and the pizza was still just a mess.
So now I have 4 boxes of mediocre pizza, bland chicken wings and bite sized garlic knots. The two stars are only because the price was different and they tried to fix their mess up.

The reviews of this place’s service, food quality, and timely delivery are mistaking generous to say the least.
Not entirely sure how this place is even in business honestly.
Visiting from out of town and the hotel I’m staying in recommended it.
Don’t have a clue why after the experience.
Delivery took almost 2 hours to receive once order was placed and confirmed online.
By the time the food got here it was ice cold and honestly tastes like school cafeteria food at best! When I initially called to see where my order was after the first hour; I was given a bunch of lies that it was ok its way and who ever answered the phone was an absolute could care less about customers.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR OR MONEY ON THIS CESSPOOL!

There are many Sal’s restaurants all over the 757 but not like this one! The people here are so welcoming and inviting.
The pizza was so good the kids and I enjoy It.
It is a little pricey but nothing short of amazing.
