Sakanaya Japanese Restaurant in Fresno offers a delightful dining experience! 🍣 We opted for teppanyaki and were thrilled to have a table to ourselves. The chef was incredibly skilled, cooking our filet and succulent lobster to perfection. The fried rice with bacon was a unique twist, although a bit heavier than traditional fried rice.

Don't miss the miso soup - it's truly flavorful! The ambiance is casual yet inviting, and the service was top-notch. Just a heads-up: you can order sushi rolls too if you prefer! Overall, a solid spot for Japanese cuisine in the area...
