Saigon Noodles offers a delightful Vietnamese experience that I can't recommend enough! 🌟 I ordered the hu tieu, and it was packed with flavor, definitely a step up from my usual pho. The casual yet cozy atmosphere makes for a perfect lunch spot, especially when accompanied by their refreshing spring rolls.

Service was attentive without being overbearing. A small hiccup was the fried dumplings instead of steamed, but that didn't dampen my overall satisfaction. Definitely a go-to for comfort food in Lafayette!
