Saigon Bistro has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Wichita! 🥢 I stopped in for lunch and started with their egg rolls, which were delightful - though I found the dipping sauce a bit too pungent for my taste.

The star of the meal was definitely the pho; the rich, flavorful broth was a comforting hug in a bowl, despite being a touch greasy.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it perfect for families or anyone craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Plus, the prices are incredibly reasonable for the generous portions! I’ll be back for more... 🍜✨
