Saigon 9 Vietnamese Restaurant is a delightful find! I ordered the chicken pho on my visit, and it was packed with tender chicken and perfectly cooked noodles. The rich broth was exactly what I needed, especially on a chilly day. I also sampled the tofu rolls, which were light and tasty.
