Safari Restaurant in Laredo is a hidden gem for breakfast lovers! 🥑🌮 I visited recently and was delighted by the lively atmosphere, complete with karaoke that added to the experience. I tried their chilaquiles with cheese and egg, along with a choriqueso taco – both were delicious and packed with flavor.

The portions were generous, making it great value for the money. I did notice a slight delay in service, but the staff was friendly and attentive. I can't wait to return for more tasty Mexican dishes! Just a heads-up, the restrooms could use some updating. Overall, a fantastic spot! 🌟
