Sabio on Main truly impressed me during my recent visit! The cozy ambiance set the perfect mood for a romantic dinner. I went for the five-course experience, and each plate was a delight - especially the butternut rugosa soup, which was rich and comforting. The staff was incredible; our server, Ruben, struck the right balance between attentive and unobtrusive.
