Sabalan Persian Grill & Kitchen offers an authentic journey into Persian cuisine! I've visited a couple of times; each experience was delightful. The koobideh is a standout - juicy, perfectly spiced, and served with fluffy saffron rice. The vibrant salads complement the main dishes wonderfully. The atmosphere is casual, making it perfect for family dinners.

While the doogh could use improvement, the generous portions and friendly service more than make up for it. Don’t miss the baklava; it’s simply divine! 🍽️
