Ruth's Chris Steak House in Princeton is truly a remarkable experience! The ambiance strikes the perfect balance of cozy and upscale, making it ideal for a romantic dinner. I savored the ribeye, which was cooked medium-rare to perfection - seriously, the flavor was incredible! The cream spinach paired beautifully, and their wine selection is extensive. Our server, Sarah, along with the manager, made us feel genuinely welcomed, checking in without being intrusive. The desserts were delightful too. Can’t wait to return! 🍷
