Ruffino's On The River is a delightful spot for a cozy dinner. The atmosphere is romantic, making it perfect for special occasions. I tried the ribeye, and it was cooked to perfection, while my dining companion enjoyed the delicate fish, both delicious choices.

The staff were genuinely friendly - especially the manager, who shared wonderful local travel tips. A complimentary piece of cake and whimsical cotton candy rounded out our experience nicely. Just a heads-up: dessert portions are on the smaller side, but definitely worth it! 🍰
