Rosa!!!! To start, Rosa was a phenomenal host.
She thoroughly explained each item on the menu in depth.
She made sure we were equipped with a pleasant eating experience while we dined out in the window area.
Upon our leaving, she was still as pleasant as when we arrived....10 humbling Stars for ROSA ✨ On to the food.
Brisket literally fell apart as I was picking it up.
Ordered Moist Brisket & Potato Salad.
Everything was flavorful and finger licking good!!

Was in town on business and was told this was the best BBQ in town… It did not disappoint! Great Food!!

We are usually very happy with the food at Rudy’s.
We decided to get the moist brisket sandwich for dinner.
They gave us fat and only fat.
We could not eat it.
They took a long time to fill the order.
