Puked by brains out after eating there last night.Still sick this morning.Greasiest tots and Philly sandwich I have ever had.Just close if you're gonna serve food like that.Also the waiter was creepy.What's with the American cheese on the dollar store meat?

Stopped in here today at about 430 to grab a quick bite before our drive home.Extremely disappointed in our experience.We were greeted by a non- personal host with absolutely no people skills.He walked us to our table and slapped the silverware down and walked away before we even got to the table.He was wearing sweats and proceeded to sit at a table and text on his phone the entire time we were there, except for when people walked in, then he popped up, sat them and returned to continue to sit slouched over at a table texting.When we got there we waited for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment.I stopped one of the managers and gave her our order.She apologized and was very nice about it.Our server brought out our drinks shortly after.Our server was okay, not great.We had the salad bar and it definitely needed some attention.We have been traveling all week and this is the 3rd Ruby Tuesday’s we’ve been to, and if had been the first we would not be going back.Called the restaurant and spoke to the female manager about our concerns, she seemed responsive, concerned and apologetic.She put another manager on the phone, Watson.He apologized and said they’ve tried talking to the host….Seriously, who runs the business here.Ruby Tuesday you can do better.

The food was good overall but the service seemed a little disjointed.We ordered the ribs and somehow got our food before the drinks we ordered.It seemed like the waiter walked away and someone else brought us our food almost immediately.The waiter hardly had time to enter the order.The drinks came a few minutes later.The staff seemed confused about the whole thing.The food was good just an overall strange occurrence.I have to admit that I probably ate too much and didn't feel well an hour or so later.It will probably be a long time before I choose to go to Texas Roadhouse again.
