Rubio's Coastal Grill is a family-friendly gem located inside Sunset Station! 🌮 We stopped in while shopping, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service and tasty food.

I ordered the Burrito Especial with Impossible meat, and it was heavenly - so flavorful I double-checked if it was actually vegan! My son enjoyed the kid's quesadilla, and my spouse loved the chicken burrito.

The salsa bar is a fun touch, and the ambiance was casual yet trendy. Prices are super reasonable for the quality. Huge shout-out to the friendly staff as well! We’ll be back for sure! 😊
