Rubio's Coastal Grill is a hidden gem in Mira Mesa! 🌮 I discovered it on Taco Tuesday, and the warm welcome from manager Daniel was a delightful surprise. I tried the fish burrito, and wow - it burst with flavor! The salsa bar had an amazing selection, especially the chipotle salsa.

The service was impressively quick; my order was ready in just five minutes, perfect for a lunch break. While the space is a bit snug, the outdoor seating made up for it. For casual, delicious Baja-style food, this place is a must-visit! I’ll definitely be back. ☀️
