Rosa's Mexican Kitchen is a gem nestled on the Anschutz Medical Campus. 🌮 I stopped by for a quick lunch and couldn't resist trying their shrimp tacos, queso birria tacos, and chicken tacos - all were incredibly tasty!
The service was impressively fast and friendly, making the casual vibe even more enjoyable. I loved dining outside on a sunny day! With fresh ingredients and great value, this spot is perfect for a quick bite or even a cozy dinner. I'll definitely be back for more! 🌟
Work down the street .Wanted tacos for lunch .They were quick and so good ! I will for sure be back for lunch .I had a shrimp taco .A queso birria taco and a chicken taco , they were all 3 goood ! No complaints over here ! I’ll be back for sure !
