Romo's Mexican Restaurant offers a delightful escape for any taco lover! The taco salad is a must-try - light yet satisfying, perfect for lunch. The chips and salsa are fresh and bursting with flavor, making them hard to resist. While our service was a bit on the slower side - possibly due to a busy night - the staff remained friendly and attentive.

I also sampled the chimibanana, which had a unique kick, but it was unexpected! All in all, a solid choice for tasty Mexican fare in Cookeville. 🌮
