Rodrigo’s Taco Shop is a delightful spot for casual Mexican fare! 🌮 The vibrant yellow and orange exterior draws you in, and the friendly service keeps you coming back. I tried the Birria Tacos with rice and beans – the tacos were tasty, but the consommé could use a little more kick. My partner enjoyed the Taco Salad, which was delicious with a generous portion of carne asada.

Be sure to skip the chips and salsa; they didn’t quite impress. Nonetheless, it’s great value for money, and the atmosphere is perfect for a quick bite after shopping. I’ll definitely return! 😊
